The City of Olean Public Works Department will open up the Front Street Yard Waste Lot on Saturday, October 23, from 10-2.  The lot is for CITY RESIDENTS ONLY, and you have to show proof of residency…Contractors are not allowed.  Acceptable waste includes grass clippings, leaves, tree branches and tree limbs.
