The City of Olean Public Works Department will open the Front Street Yard Waste Lot on Saturday, September 18, from 10-2.  THIS IS FOR CITY RESIDENTS ONLY…Acceptable Yard Waste includes grass clippings, leaves, tree branches and tree limbs.  Contractors are not allowed, and you have to show proof of residency.
