The City of Olean Youth & Recreation Department is accepting applications for:
Certified Lifeguards-For the William O. Smith Recreation Center and Franchot Wading Pools…wages are $16-17 per hour. The City will reimburse $150 towards Lifeguard Certification upon the completion of the season.
Recreation Attendants for the William O. Smith Recreation Center…wages $13.20 per hour
Recreation Leaders for the Summer Recreation Program (late June-mid-August)…wages $13.20 per hour
Recreation Specialists for Housing Courts(late June-mid-August)…wages are $13.85 per hour, and applicants must have 1 year of college.
All applicants must be at least 16 years of age by June 1st, 2022…positions are seasonal with no benefits. Applications are available in the Olean Municipal Building, Room 109.
