The 6^th Annual Winning Olean Back Candlelight Vigil is set to take place Wednesday, August 31^st, at Olean’s Lincoln Park.  Acoustic Music by Brian Hicks begins at 6:00, and the Vigil with name reading begins at 7:00pm.  Information tables will be set up by local agencies.
